Hi, Iā€™m Megan Garner. I am an accredited Nutritionist, Naturopath and Herbalist with the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA) and Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA) and I have completed a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through eCornell University. I am a blogger for The Wholefood Collective, author of Babies and Toddlers Plant Based Nutrition, presenter and workshop facilitator.

I've been following a whole foods plant based lifestyle since 2014. I call it a lifestyle rather than a diet, as typically diets are difficult to stick to and only short term. Eating whole foods plant based is a long term solution with many health benefits.

I am passionate about eating a whole foods plant based diet and empowering others to do the same.

In 2017 I gave birth to my daughter Airlie. Raising Airlie on a plant based diet was a no-brainer as I believe, and more and more research is proving that it is the healthiest way to eat and to prevent chronic illness and disease.

Airlie is thriving eating plant based and I will show you how your child can thrive too.
