I have put my heart and soul into Babies and Toddlers to ensure it includes all the nutrition information you need for your child. As a Nutritionist and Naturopath, I know how important your child's nutrition is for their growth and development. And as a parent I know how overwhelming it can be with so much information available. That's why I have done all the research for you.
In Babies and Toddlers you will learn:

Plus much, much more!
Why do I need a book about nutrition for my child?
Children have very different nutritional requirements to adults. You could just feed your child and hope for the best BUT this may lead to deficiencies and implications throughout life. Babies and Toddlers will provide you with all the information you need about your child's nutritional requirements and how to meet these with food and any required supplements. With this knowledge your child will have the opportunity to thrive.
Is Babies and Toddlers suitable if our child has special dietary requirements?
All 45 of the recipes that are included in Babies and Toddlers are whole foods plant based. They are all dairy free, egg free, sugar free, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.
My child is already 3 is it too late to buy Babies and Toddlers?
Although the RDI's within Babies and Toddlers go up to 3 years of age (for now), there will still be a lot of other information that will be relevant including:
Foods to include in your child's daily diet to boost their nutrition.
Should I feed my child salt, sugar, additives and preservatives, processed foods, wheat and gluten?
Find out what supplements your child needs for their growth and development.
Information and health benefits of a plant based diet, including food swaps.
Plus over 45 plant based recipes.
