I specialise in Plant Based Nutrition and have a special interest in pre and post natal health for mother and child as well as early childhood health. I have been vegan since 2014, I had a completely vegan pregnancy and am raising my daughter Airlie vegan. 

Plant Based Nutrition is relevant to everybody. If you eat fruits or vegetables, wholegrains or legumes then you are eating plant based. You don't have to be vegan to work with me. However, I will show you the research that supports a plant based diet and that eating a plant based diet can prevent and reverse illness and disease.
