Elizabeth who is OFFICIALLY menopausal will guide you through a non-heated yoga class using bolsters, chairs, blocks etc that incorporates a Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga to help minimise the symptoms of Menopause.
Megan is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist. She will present an educational and informative talk on nutrition, herbal medicine and tonics from the Plant Queendom that are beneficial for Menopause. You will be provided with a comprehensive information booklet to take home with you.
We only have 10 places available for this informative workshop. Investment is $55 (includes booking fee).
